Ordering Information

1. Ordering online is easy!
Just click on any item in our catalog section to view a description of that item. On each description page, there is a "Buy It" button. Click on that button to add the product to your order. Click the "Your Shopping Basket" button at any time to see what you've ordered. Your shopping basket will be displayed in its own window. International orders are shipped airmail. International orders shipped to certain destinations or of high value will be shipped via special means. We will e-mail a quote of the charges to you for confirmation.

2. Shipping & Handling Charges:
Shipping charges are based on order weight and destination and are automatically added to the amount of the order. Orders are shipped in the US via ground carrier. Full street address is needed for shipment. Overseas orders are shipped via airmail or other courier. If you wish to use expedited service, please call customer service for a quote.

4. Methods of Payment:
Online orders must be placed using a credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. For information on other payment options and means of ordering, please contact our customer service department at the numbers listed above.

5. Once your order arrives, check it at once!
Please inspect your order, comparing it to the enclosed invoice. Backordered items will be noted. If there are any problems--omissions, damaged items, wrong items shipped--please call us immediately. If necessary, we'll issue an RA number to return damaged or mis-shipped goods. (Please do not return items without an RA number, they will not be accepted!)

6. Returns:
NOTE: Sotware, Assembled Kits, and Special Order items are NOT returnable under any circumstances. (Damaged items will be replaced.)

No product returns will be accepted without a valid RA#. Contact customer service to receive an RA#. RA# must be prominently displayed on outside of package or it will be refused.

All return requests must be received within 30 days of receipt and must be in condition for resale.

If merchandise is damaged in shipment, keep packaging and contact customer service for an RA# or other instructions.

Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Return shipments must be prepaid. Old Colony must receive return shipment before replacement or credit can occur.

7. Questions About Our Products:
We are unable to answer technical questions over the telephone. If you have such a question, please submit it in writing by fax, e-mail, or regular mail (with a self-addressed stamped envelope included). We'll do our best to get an answer for you.

8. PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS for delivery of ASSEMBLED items and items produced overseas.
We try to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt but this can be affected by seasonal periods, special promotion order volume and other factors. While we strive to provide the best possible information in this catalog, pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice. If you have any questions, please call our customer service department.

9. Problems:
We do our best to avoid them! If you have a problem with your order, contact our customer service department by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail with a short description of the problem. We'll do our best to help you. When faxing, e-mailing, or writing, please include your daytime phone number so that someone can get back to you. We want you to be satisfied with your Old Colony order!
