Expert Imaging and Sound Association (EISA) Awards 2019-2020 in Audio Categories

Following last year's evolution of the (former) European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA) to the new (global) acronym Expert Imaging & Sound Association, coinciding with the admission of new members from all over the world, including the United States, the traditional winners of its 2019-2020 Awards have been announced. As always, audioXpress highlights all the audio-related winers in the Hi-Fi, Home Theatre Audio, In-Car and Mobile Devices categories. And there are a few surprises!

MQA, the pioneering company delivering authenticated master quality music in a file small enough to stream, will be participating in the Master Class series and supporting its many partners at AXPONA 2019. Dirac Research announced the immediate availability of the beta version of its new Dirac Live room correction solution for owners of Arcam, Lexicon, Audio Control and NAD units, with broader availability to follow shortly. The new software will be demonstrated at CEDIA 2018 in September at Dirac Research Booth 2530.

Dynaudio introduced its all-new Contour loudspeaker series at this year’s High End show in Munich. This is an all-new, re-thought, re-designed and re-engineered Contour range with four high-performance models: the compact 20, the medium-sized floor standing 30, the larger floor standing 60, and the 25C dedicated centre channel speaker.
