NTi Audio Co-Founder and CEO Philipp Schwizer Retires

NTi Audio has announced the retirement of its long-serving CEO, Philipp Schwizer, effective April 30, 2023. After a successful period of over two decades, Schwizer has decided to step down from his role and enjoy a well-deserved retirement. Philipp Schwizer founded NTi Audio in 2000, through a management buyout of the Audio Measurement Division of Neutrik AG. After nine years of operation NTI AG changed its name to NTi Audio AG (New Technologies in Audio).

Listen released SoundCheck 21, the latest version of its flagship audio test software. The update includes a new enhanced Loose Particles algorithm for transient distortion measurements in a wide range of devices. It also offers increased measurement capability with the new multichannel FFT analyzer. New Klippel Endurance Testing (KET) Available with Winter 2023 Klippel Software Update

A completely new approach to long-term testing is now available as part of the latest Klippel dB-Lab Version 212 and QC 7 software. The update for the Klippel Analyzer System - free of charge for all users running dB-Lab 212 or QC7 - introduces two new pre-release modules and a new Online Help System for both R&D and QC. The main new module is the Klippel Endurance Testing (KET) and the second is a Nonlinear Residual Analyzer (NRL) tool dedicated to measuring any audio playback device with arbitrary signals such as music or speech.
