AXPONA is one of the largest high-end audio shows in North America. The three-day experience features multiple hotel floors packed with listening rooms, the Exhibit Hall featuring Ear Gear Expo and the Record Fair, seminars and live musical performances. The 2018 event will feature more than 150 high fidelity listening rooms, providing guests the enviable opportunity to experience the newest technology in high-end consumer audio products.
The success of AXPONA 2017 has created a high demand for exhibit space. The personal audio and headphone area, Ear Gear Expo, was previously sold out and AXPONA attendees have an insatiable appetite for vinyl and accessories. To accommodate growing demand, Audio Expo North America is expanding the exhibit area for the 2018 show. According to the promoters, the 2018 event will be the largest show to-date, meeting the increasing demand from attendees looking for the top brands in the music world under one roof, in a central location.
The expanded Exhibit Hall, which is home to the Marketplace and Ear Gear Expo, is 30,000 ft2 and will showcase a vast array of turntables, cables, accessories, racks and stands, tone arms, cartridges, and the latest headphones and associated equipment in the growing world of mobile and high-end personal listening. AXPONA is also introducing a new pavilion, The Record Shop within the Expo Hall. The Record Shop will be a centrally located pavilion where fans can shop for new and vintage vinyl, CDs, SACDs, and downloads and discover new artists.
Some of the top manufacturers will join the more than 400 manufacturers, retailers, and brands that will gather at AXPONA, including Acoustique Quality, ATC Loudspeakers, Bandwidth Audio, Cambridge Audio, ELAC, Emotiva, Exogal, FOCAL, Magico, Manger Audio, Mark Audio-SOTA, Pass Laboratories, Prism Sound, PS Audio, SB Acoustics, VANATOO, and Zesto Audio — all of whom will showcase their newest high-end products and services to attendees. This year, 60 new and innovative exhibitors will also gather at AXPONA 2018 to introduce their newest offerings.

Open to the public, AXPONA offers a variety of ticket options for attendees. One-day passes are $25; two-day passes are $40; and three-day passes are $50. Gold passes are available for $95; Industry passes (offering admittance for three days) are $50; and Student passes for one day are $10. All tickets include free self-parking. The Gold Pass Package provides admission to all three days of AXPONA along with some extra perks! The AXPONA Gold Experience Pass includes: a collector’s badge, an official AXPONA T-shirt, access to the AXPONA Gold Lounge with VIP check-in, coat check, refreshments, and Wi-Fi, and an exclusive reception for Gold Pass holders on Saturday, April 14, from 6 PM to 7 PM.
Thanks to the overwhelming interest by students to attend and experience AXPONA, there is an expanded Student Day pass available for any of the three days. A new passport program encourages students to explore the show, and if they complete all the stops, they could win prizes including headphones, T-shirts, and vinyl. All general admission tickets grant access to the exhibits, including the listening rooms and Exhibit Hall as well as educational seminars, live music in the lounge, and special events. AXPONA will be open Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM; Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
