Sennheiser Wireless Now Dante Domain Manager Ready

At InfoComm 2018, Sennheiser has announced that its industry-standard wireless microphone systems such as the new evolution wireless G4, SpeechLine Digital Wireless, Digital 6000 and Digital 9000 are now compatible with Audinate’s Dante Domain Manager (DDM) for a fully integrated audio networking solution. The upgrade is provided free of charge via firmware updates to Sennheiser’s SL DI 4 XLR Dante interface, the EM 6000 DANTE microphone receiver and EM 9046 DAN Dante card for the Digital 9000 wireless microphone system.

RME announced new Digiface Dante and Digiface AVB mobile audio interfaces during NAB 2018 (Las Vegas, April 9–12). The German manufacturer expanded the broadcast community’s connectivity options with the Digiface Dante audio interface that enables the transmission of up to 64 Dante channels and 64 MADI channels via a single USB 3.0 connection, while the Digiface AVB enables the transmission of up to 256 network audio channels.

Audinate Announces AES67 Support for Dante Ultimo Chipsets at NAB 2018

Audinate is determined to consolidate its Dante media networking technology as the broadcast industry transitions to full IP infrastructures. First the company announced that with the availability of Dante firmware 4.1 for the Ultimo UXT family of audio networking chipsets, the full platform of implementation solutions for manufacturers now supports the AES67 interoperability standard.
