Sound Particles, the innovative 3D audio production software company, released a new app based on its original Space Controller plugin introduced in 2021, now created specifically for direct control over OSC with Nuendo and SPAT Revolution. Space Controller OSC connects a mobile phone to Nuendo or SPAT Revolution and links the physical movements of the device to the software's panning tools by simply pointing the phone to where the user wants sounds to come from. CODA Audio Releases Space Hub Immersive Audio Processor

German pro audio manufacturer CODA Audio is unveiling its own immersive audio processor, completing a system approach to the format in performance events. The Space Hub was designed for low latency processing of up to 128 objects x 128 output channels, using the 3D panning algorithms selectable per object within its Space software. The new solution, presented at the Tonmeistertagung 2021 conference in Dusseldorf, also explores the advantages of CODA's linear–phase loudspeaker designs.

At Prolight+Sound 2017, Astro Spatial Audio (ASA) is introducing its next-generation performer tracking solution to its leading object-based 3D audio platform, creating what the Belgium company believes to be "the industry’s most powerful combination of immersive entertainment technologies". Named Astro Spatial Tracking, the system is based on the pinpoint accuracy of the newly designed Stagetracker II engine, developed in cooperation with TTA Sound.
