The Digigram Group continues to expand its business from its origins as experts in digital audio toward noise analysis solutions and has now acquired Wavely, a Lille-based company that specializes in AI-enhanced acoustic surveillance solutions. This acquisition confirms the Group's build-up strategy focused on critical audio — all applications where sound, noise, and vibration carry high operational stakes. The amount of the transaction has not been disclosed.
